Diablo 4 World Boss Rotation Order
Which boss comes after which, how long one rotation takes, and this week's order with exact times. The live timer always shows the current position in the cycle.
The 8-spawn rotation
Each world boss spawns twice in a row, 3.5 hours apart, before handing over to the next. Four bosses × 2 spawns = 8 spawns = 28 hours per rotation. The anchor spawn on was a Wandering Death, which defines slot 1.

| Slot | Boss | Offset from slot 1 | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Wandering Death | +0 h | predicted |
| 2 | Wandering Death | +3.5 h | on cycle |
| 3 | Avarice the Gold Cursed | +7 h | predicted |
| 4 | Avarice the Gold Cursed | +10.5 h | on cycle |
| 5 | Ashava the Pestilent | +14 h | predicted |
| 6 | Ashava the Pestilent | +17.5 h | on cycle |
| 7 | Azmodan, Lord of Sin | +21 h | predicted |
| 8 | Azmodan, Lord of Sin | +24.5 h | on cycle |
Why the schedule shifts every day
3.5 hours does not divide 24, so every spawn lands 30 minutes later than the one a day earlier, and each boss pair lands 4 hours later in the day than its previous pair. After 48 spawns (exactly 7 days) the clock repeats, but the boss order does not line up with the week: 48 is divisible by 8, so the rotation also repeats weekly — the same boss appears at the same time every week.
Why boundary spawns are "predicted"
Spawn times are arithmetic and have been verified against helltides.com. The boss order is observed, not published by Blizzard, and at rotation boundaries (the first spawn of each pair) trackers have occasionally disagreed. We mark those spawns "predicted" and the second of each pair "on cycle". Spawn zones are not predicted at all — check the map icon one hour before.
